Within the project 1,780 meters of waterproof pipelines were built in the municipality of Trzin. In 2015, the municipality successfully obtained an operating permit and handed over the management of the water supply system to the public utility company Prodnik, d. o. o. from Domžale. Total building cost, including the control cost, is € 425,100, excluding 22% VAT.
The operation is partly financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme for the implementation of the European cohesion policy in the 2014-2020 period, the priority axis "best state of the environment and biodiversity," investment priorities "Investment in the water sector to meet the requirements of the Union acquis in the field of environment and to meet the investment needs identified by the Member States and exceeding these requirements.
